Hello All,

The September 2003 NTIAC Newsletter is available online from our website at
http://www.ntiac.com/newslist.html or by going directly to the PDF at
http://www.ntiac.com/news/0903news.pdf. Some of the NTIACNews subscribers
have reported problems in getting the PDF as an attachment due to its size
and the occasional over-zealous email filter so I'll try this without the
attachment. If anyone absolutely has to have the PDF delivered to their
Inbox, feel free to drop me a line and I will send it on.

By popular demand, here's a breakdown of the contents of this edition and
their accompanying web links if any:

support of NTIAC.
