[NTIACNews]RFI: failure data on composite overwrappred pressure vessels

Hello All,

As part of a potential new project, NTIAC is interested in learning more 
about the failure of composite overwrapped pressure vessels (COPVs). 
Specifically, we're interested in finding out if there exists any 
extensive research studies, databases, etc. that anyone in government or 
industry might be working on, i.e. we'd like to know how much data is 
available on the subject.  Points of contact, suggestions, comments, 
etc. are welcome.
