Hello All,

Reports this morning are indicating that GE's proposed buyout of 
InVision has been given the antitrust go-ahead, provided the merged 
company sell off YXLON within six months.

As we'd mentioned in earlier posts, the FTC had been looking at the 
proposed buyout from an antitrust point of view.  InVision is still 
facing several other probes in connection with suspicious trade 
activity, but with the FTC's blessing the buyout is likely to proceed.
