[NTIACNews]RFI: aircraft painter near St. Louis

Hello All,

NTIAC has been asked to find a military aircraft painter near St. Louis 
(or failing that in larger Missouri, Ohio, etc.) ; the inquirer is 
looking to have two small aluminum sample plates primed and top-coated 
as part of an NDE research study.  If you have any POC's or any 
suggestions, please let us know.
