[NTIACNews]Onex Buys Kodak's NDT Business

Hello All,

Canadian company Onex Corp. has announced its intended acquisition of 
Kodak's Health Group, including Kodak's nondestructive testing business, 
in a transaction worth approximately US$2.35 billion.  The NDT business 
sells systems and supplies for both digital and conventional radiography.

According to their press release, the group had revenues of 
approximately US$2.54 billion for the twelve months ending September 30 
2006.

At the time of this writing, Onex's TSE-traded stock OCX was up 8 cents 
to $28.39 and Eastman Kodak (EK) was up 9 cents to $25.42.  Onex's press
