[NTIACNews]RFQ: Tire Shearography

Hello All,

An inquirer is interested in having a small sample of tires inspected as 
part of a larger investigation.  Details follow.

* Interested in shearography testing only.
* Number of tires to inspect:  around six.  Tires are conventional 
passenger vehicle tires.
* Time frame for inspection:  within a week or two.
* The inquirer is local to the Houston area so would prefer nearby 
facilities but anything within the continental U.S. would be considered.
* Looking to ship the tires out for inspection, but I think could 
probably accommodate on-site inspections as well.

If you might be interested in participating in the investigation, please 
feel free to drop me a line.  Time is rather short for the inquirer so 
I'd like to try to get the compiled list of interested service providers 
within the next day or two.
