Hello Everyone,

TRI has an upcoming R&D project that will require drilling through-wall
holes in stainless steel (304L, 316L, etc.) tubing and would like to get
quotes from interested parties.

Tubes:  3/4" diameter, approx. 0.06" wall thickness, probably less than
three feet long.
Holes:  One each of 0.005", 0.003", 0.002", and 0.001" diameter, one hole
per tube.  Some flexibility on tolerances but will need to know the final
diameter of the hole.

to anyone else that may be interested.

TRI is compiling a list of acoustic emission and/or low frequency ultrasonic
sensors that can be continuously used at high termperatures (350C).  If your
company produces such a sensor or you might know of one, please drop either
myself or Russell Austin (raustin@tri-austin.com) a message.  Specification
sheets would be greatly appreciated if available.
